2012 Scrambler

The Scrambler will be held on SATURDAY, April 21, 2012 (alternate play date is April 28, 2012)

The tournament format will be a straight FIVE MAN TEAM SCRAMBLE or SIX MAN TEAM SCRAMBLE depending on number of entries, for 18 holes

SHOTGUN start at 8:00 am. CARTS are mandatory. MINIMUM 110 players to have Shotgun start.

COST is $59.00 total (or $56.00 w/ CURRENT Foothills District I.D. card). Your $15 entry fee is being paid by TMGC this year. You pay: $1.00 Course Recognition Fee, $1.00 for the Meadows Ryder Cup Fee, $43.00 Green Fees (or $40 w/ current Foothills I.D. card) and $14.00 mandatory cart fee. Optional Team Pot Games including a Calcutta will be available. TMGC will collect green fees for this tournament.

The Tournament Day Information and Rules sheet will specify the format, rules and payoffs as finalized by the Tournament Committee.

Pairings will be done by selecting players from different handicap levels to make up the teams. Participants will hit from tees depending on their handicap position within their team, using the Gold, Combo, Blue and White tees. LOW GROSS TEAM SCORE wins

ALL TIES FOR FIRST PLACE ONLY will be decided in accord with the USGA Rule Book. All other ties will be combined and then divided equally among the tying teams

Winners earn Pro Shop book credit predicated on the number of participants in the tournament and in conjunction with the Prize Credit Split contained in the Membership Book.

Playing in this tournament earns one (1) credit point
