2012 Charlie Austin Presidents Cup

The Charlie Austin Presidents Cup will be held on Saturday and Sunday June 9th & 10th, 2012.

The format will be an Individual Gross and Net score flighted tournament for 36 Holes.

Cost is $ 34.00 total. Includes $30.00 entry fee, $2.00 Course Recognition Fund (CRF), and $2.00 Meadows Ryder Cup Fee. Green Fees for both rounds are required to be paid directly to the Pro Shop prior to the start of your 1st round.

The tournament day information sheet will specify the rules, flights and payoffs as specified by the Tournament Committee.

The Championship Flight will produce both Gross and Net winners. All other flights will be Net Scores using 100% USGA Handicap. The number of Flights is dependent upon the number of entries.

TOTAL LOW GROSS AND TOTAL LOW NET individual scores for 36 holes win the Championship Flight. TOTAL LOW NET INDIVIDUAL SCORE for 36 holes wins each net flight. Trophies will be awarded to all flight winners. Championship flight trophy is awarded to gross winner.

All ties for first place will be settled by a playoff, provided all affected parties are present, otherwise, a scorecard playoff as prescribed in the RULES OF GOLF BOOK (modified to reflect both tournament days)will be used. All other ties will be combined and then divided equally among the tying contestants.

Winners earn credit in the Pro Shop predicated on the number of participants in each flight and in conjunction with the Prize Credit Split contained in the TMGC Membership Book.

The optional “Shootout” will immediately follow the tournament.

Optional Side Pot Games (including the optional Shootout) will be available at the Pot Games Table.

Playing in this tournament earns two (2) credit points.
